Pure essential oil blend of Lavender, Lemon, Cypress & Peppermint.

A soothing blend of 100% pure Lemon, Peppermint, Lavender and Cypress essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with hay fever, such as watering eyes, mild headaches, mucous & nasal congestion, nasal secretions, and catarrh.

METHODS OF USE:

VAPORISE: 6 – 9 drops to water in Diffuser.

MASSAGE: 6 drops to 12ml of massage base oil and massage over body.

SPRITZ: 6 drops in 100ml Spritz bottle of water and spray surrounding air avoiding eye area. Prior to use refer to leaflet.
